Los ingresos tributarios del Principáu baxaron un 3,7% en 2009

Los ingresos tributarios totales d'Asturies algamaos a lo llargo de 2009 xubieron a 2.076 millones d'euros, un 3,7 por cientu menos que nel pasáu 2008.

Un amenorgamientu que reflexa la incidencia negativa que la crisis tien na capacidá recaudatoria de la comunidá autónoma, según apuntó'l director de Servicios Tributarios del Principáu d'Asturies, Julio Somoano.
  
Somoano aseguró güei na Feria Internacional d'Amueses d'Asturies que del total de recursos algamaos en 2009, 554 millones fueron xestionaos directamente pol ente asturianu, un 10,4 por cientu menos qu'en 2008, debío, principalmente a la cayida del 33,4 por cientu esperimentada pol Impuestu sobre Tresmisiones Patrimoniales y Actos Xurídicos, al reaxustase'l sector inmobiliariu.
  
El restu, 1.522 millones d'euros llogróse al traviés del restu de tributos vencíos del Estáu, un 0,98 por cientu menos qu'en 2008. D'esti garapiellu d'impuestos, Somoano destacó les medríes del 7,8 por cientu nos Impuestos Especiales, y el 7 por cientu nel IRPF, frente a los amenorgamientos esperimentaos pol IVA, un 13 por cientu, y l'Impuestu sobre Bienes Minoristes de Determinaos Hidrocarburos, un 4,1 por cientu.
  
Asina tán les coses, el director de Servicios Tributarios del Principáu reconoció qu'onde más se manifiesten los efectos de la crisis ye nos tributos vencíos xestionaos directamente pola comunidá autónoma, que la so recaudación amenorgase un 20,9 por cientu al respective de 2008.
  
Afirmó amás que'l serviciu que dirixe xestiona a día de güei los tributos de 76 de los 78 conceyos asturianos, mientres que nel próximu mes de Setiembre van roblar un conveniu pa facese cargu tamién de la recaudación tributaria del Consistoriu de Valdés, quedando d'esta forma escluyíu d'esti serviciu, namás el Conceyu d'Uviéu.
  
Julio Somoano reconoció qu'una posible xubida d'impuestos podría sofitar a desaniciar la baxada recaudatoria esperimentada'l pasáu añu, anque "de poco sirviría", dixo, si nun va acompañada d'una reactivación de l'actividá económica. Precisamente evitó pronunciase arrodiu d'una hipotética xubida d'impuestos, anque afirmó que "hai que dar seguranza a los servicios que s'empresten a los ciudadanos".
