El qu’esto escribe, ta a favor de que l'Estatutu d'Autonomía d’Asturies declare la oficialidá de la llingua asturiana y que d'esta manera s’iguale la reconocencia de los derechos de falantes d'asturianu y de castellán, derechos llingüísticos de tolos asturianos qu’han igualase col restu de comunidaes con llingua propia nel Estáu. La oficialidá nun ye'l fin de los problemes del asturianu, pero sí l'empiezu de la solución.
Va un mes, un ciudadanu de Xixón dirixióse a la Comisaría de Policía p'anovar el so DNI. Al pidir que'l nuevu carné tuviera la toponimia oficial (Gijón/Xixón) dixéron-y que nun yera posible. Tuvo que facese'l DNI col topónimu yá derogáu. Púnxose en contactu con Delegación de Gobiernu y cola Procuradora Xeneral del Principáu d’Asturies (Dirixida por Mª Antonia Fernández Felgueroso, por ciertu con 30 años de militancia socialista que ruempe'l carné pa pasar a ocupar el puestu, supuestamente apolíticu), y la respuesta d'esta postrera vuelve incluyir mal el topónimu oficial del conceyu, aprobáu pol plenu del conceyu como Gijón/Xixón. Ta claro, nun deprenden.
Énte una cuestión como esta nun val utilizar argumentos de defensa de la llingua, nin tratar de convencer a naide. Hai qu'usar la razón y la llei: Decretu BOPA 105/2006 del 20 de setiembre, Llei d’Usu y Promoción del Asturianu 1998, Títulu Preliminar y artículos 3 y 14 de la Constitución Española. Al traviés d'esos trés documentos tenemos la capacidá de respuesta llegal énte estos abusos.
Y por eso'l titulu d'esti artículu, non solo con Inaciu que ye esti casu particular, sinón con tolos humildaos y discriminaos pol usu del asturianu a día de güei y n'otres dómines (¿Cuánta xente conocemos que foi discriminada na escuela por falar n'asturianu?).
¿Ónde queda la “progresía” y l'igualdá” de la que presumen PSOE ya IX? ¿Pa qué valió l'aprobación de la toponimia como oficial?
No fondero, l'aprobación d'esti tipu de coses, nun dexa de ser una xustificación d'IX-BpA pa siguir pescando votos del asturianismu real y siguir nel pesebre de los puestinos y les perres col PSOE. Ta perbién aprobalo, pero ¿qué aplicación práctica y real tien esto si cuando un ciudadanu diríxese a usalo y se-y torga? ¿Qué dicen los conceyales qu'aprobaron esta toponimia?
Esti ciudadanu solo pide'l cumplimientu de lo que'l Plenu del Conceyu de Xixón/Xixón aprobó colos votos de PSOE, PP ya IX y tien tol so derechu y la llei del so parte. Amás, si los ciudadanos d'otres comunidaes autónomes tienen derechu a tener el so DNI billingüe, ¿por qué nós non, somos ciudadanos de segunda o tercera? Pal PSOE ya IX-BpA, ta claro que sí.
